Scrap booking is one of the most popular crafts across the board. People of all economic levels and abilities can enjoy the sport. Wonderful pages have been made with the most expensive of items or with items rescued from the garbage. One of the best reasons to scrapbook is for your mental health.

Scrap booking is a fun way to deal with the emotional challenges facing us today. It is an excellent way for children and teenagers to deal with their own stresses and fosters communication between family members. It is a great outlet and healthy way to maintain good mental health.
